Denver right tackle Ryan Harris and San Diego center Nick Hardwick both practiced fully and they look like they are on their way to being able to play Sunday.

Harris has missed four-plus games with a toe injury. He is on pace to play at Kansas City. Hardwick has been out since Week 1 with an ankle injury. He has been practicing for a few weeks but now that he practiced fully, Hardwick could play at Cleveland. He is expected to be eased back into the lineup and he likely won’t start against the Browns.

Meanwhile, San Diego linebacker Shawne Merriman did not practice Wednesday because of a foot injury. There is a good chance Merriman is rested Sunday. San Diego defensive lineman Luis Castillo, who missed last week’s game with a calf injury, did not practice Wednesday.

In Denver, safety Brian Dawkins didn’t practice Wednesday because of an ankle injury.
