Could No. 39 equal McNabb?

By Bill Williamson

According to a report, the Oakland Raiders have the goods to potentially acquire Donovan McNabb.

The Associated Press is reporting that Philadelphia is looking for a top-42 pick in next month’s draft in return for the 33-year-old quarterback. That spans 10 picks into the second round. Oakland has the seventh pick in the second round, No. 39. The Raiders also have the No. 8 pick in the first round.

The Raiders reportedly have inquired about McNabb. He reportedly wants to go to a contender, with Minnesota being high on his wish list. Still, McNabb won’t have final say in where he plays.
