The Denver Broncos claimed linebacker Bruce Davis off waivers from New England. The Patriots released him last week.
Unlike the parade of former Patriots brought to Denver in the past year, Davis didn’t play for Denver coach Josh McDaniels in New England. He came to New England in 2009 and the Steelers drafted him in the third round during the 2008 draft.
Jerry McDonald of the Bay Area News Group thinks the Raiders should not pursue Washington defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth.
