The Raiders have quietly done some business this offseason and have stayed true to their plan of keeping their own.
The San Francisco Chronicle is reporting that return man Justin Miller and defensive tackle William Joseph have re-signed with the club and are at the team's facility today for the start of the team's offseason workout program.
The moves to keep Miller and Joseph continue Oakland's routine of re-signing its own players this offseason. The team has been reluctant to bring in outside help this season but has been aggressively keeping its own players.
Retaining Miller was a good move by Oakland. He was an explosive returner after Oakland claimed him off waivers in November. Miller and Johnnie Lee Higgins give Oakland a terrific pair of return men.
