Chiefs receiver Devard Darling is doing a great thing. He is bringing football to the Caribbean.
Darling's football camp in the Bahamas for the children begins today. It will be chock full of NFL players, eager to introduce the game to kids who otherwise would not get a chance to be around the NFL game and its players.
Darling, a native of Nassau, Bahamas, and the other participating players receive a strong dose of kudos for being part of this camp. But then again, they all get to spend a week in the Bahamas. It is a good deal for everyone involved.
