The Denver Broncos are starting to peck away at securing their rookie draft class.
Late Wednesday night, Denver agreed to terms on a four-year contract with tight end Richard Quinn, his agent Peter Schaffer said. Schaffer declined to provide details of the contract. Quinn, a tight end from North Carolina, is a blocking specialist. Denver traded up to get Quinn with the final pick of the second round.
Denver has 10 draft picks. The Denver Post reports that the team also agreed to terms with receiver Kenny McKinley on Wednesday evening. He was a fifth-round pick. Denver now has three draft picks secured.
