Sound-off responses

We have a quick turnaround on our sound-off responses this week because of the craziness that is 2011 NFL free agency. We asked readers to pick one dream move they’d like to see their favorite AFC West team make this week. Teams can start talking trades and talking to free agents this very minute.

Let’s review what you think:

Ross J. from Jarretsville, Md.: I want to see the Chiefs sign Aubrayo Franklin to be our nose tackle, it seems like a perfect fit. Also, to fill a void left by Mike Vrabel, I would love to see Mark Herzlich be signed as an undrafted free agent. We are really under cap, and we should take advantage of it.

Richard Turner from Winston Salem, N.C.: I would love to see the Broncos sign DeAngelo Williams from my home state team the Panthers. He would be a huge upgrade and help take the pressure off Moreno. There isn't another FA back out there available that has as much potential to help unless Orton is traded for a RB.

Leland from Denver City, Texas: I want to see Smith and the chargers patch things up with Vincent Jackson. The offense looked totally different with Jackson in there. They were great with out him for most of the season and they looked unstoppable with him at the end.

Anthony from Allentown, Pa.: I fear this really is a "dream move", but I would love to keep Asomugha in silver and black. He is the cornerstone of their team and especially the defense. I do not think they will be as successful as last year without him. Getting better will be hard enough without such a talented player and leader. Unfortunately, I do not see him staying, but I can always dream.

All good stuff. Let the fun begin and let’s see if your dreams are fulfilled. Enjoy the ride.
