Chiefs put Tony Moeaki on IR; make cuts

By Bill Williamson
ESPN.com

The Kansas City Chiefs just announced their roster moves. Overshadowing the cuts is the confirmation that promising second-year tight end Tony Moeaki has been put on the injured reserve. Here is my reaction to the report earlier Saturday that Moeaki tore an ACL Thursday at Green Bay. It’s just brutal. What a loss.

I will have more thoughts soon on the Chiefs’ cuts after I write about the San Diego Chargers’ cuts. Yes folks, things are moving now.
