Here is a look at the division leaders in some key statistical categories after Week 6:
Player: Philip Rivers, San Diego
What does it mean: Rivers needs to continue to work on cutting down on his turnovers.
Player: Darren McFadden, Oakland
What does it mean: He is leading Buffalo’s Fred Jackson by 9 yards for the NFL lead.
Player: Dwayne Bowe, Kansas City
What does it mean: The Chiefs need Bowe to stay hot.
Player: Tyvon Branch, Oakland
What does it mean: Branch is coming on strong for the Raiders.
Player: Von Miller, Denver and Richard Seymour, Oakland
What does it mean: Seymour couldn’t take the lead in Week 6.
Player: Brandon Flowers, Kansas City and Eric Weddle, San Diego
What does it mean: These are two of the better play-making defensive backs in the division.
