The agent of tackle Willie Anderson said the San Diego Chargers were one of several teams he spoke to today regarding the former Pro Bowl tackle. Cincinnati cut Anderson Saturday.
"The Chargers are interested," agent Terry Bolar said. "We are just in the discussion stage but they are one of several teams we've talked to."
Bolar said there were no specifics discussed with San Diego. San Diego is set at tackle but they could be looking for a backup. Bolar said Anderson will take his time in deciding where he will play next but he said the Chargers are an intriguing option.
