The agent for Denver defensive end Jason Hunter said his stab wounds are minor. Good news.

The Carolina Panthers are considering four players with the No. 1 pick Thursday night. None of them are Texas A&M linebacker Von Miller, who has become a hot name for Denver at No. 2.

The city of San Diego has some grand plans for a proposed stadium for the Chargers. Sounds cool. But can it be done?

Former Denver running back Peyton Hillis pulled off a massive upset and has become the “Madden 12” cover man. He is now in Cleveland. Kudos to Mike Shanahan for drafting Hillis in the seventh round in 2008. Shame on Josh McDaniels for trading Hillis to Cleveland in a package for No. 3 quarterback Brady Quinn.

The San Diego Union Tribune looks at all the options the draft-pick rich Chargers will have this weekend.
