Flush the Pocket will be your daily morning dose of the Arizona Cardinals. It’ll recap the top storyline from the previous day and give you a look at what everyone is saying locally and nationally.

Cardinals coach Bruce Arians had a plan for Monday night.

After the team meetings were over, he was going to go home and turn on the TV. Staring back at him was going to be the "Monday Night Football" game, pitting two teams the Cardinals have lost to, the Seahawks and Saints. But Arians won't watch it with his coaches' glasses on, dissecting the plays and starting to plan.

He'll watch as a fan and enjoy some football with the rest of the country.

“I usually catch the fourth quarter on a Monday game, because we’re working until 9:30 on our game," Arians said. "It’s just being a fan watching the game.”
