FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Atlanta Falcons linebacker Stephen Nicholas has been ruled out of a second-consecutive game with a quad injury.

He was the only Falcon declared out for Sunday's matchup against the Carolina Panthers. Wide receiver Roddy White (hamstring/ankle), defensive end Osi Umenyiora (knee), safety William Moore (hip), and left tackle Sam Baker (knee) are all listed as questionable. Moore said there's no doubt he'll play, while White expressed optimism about returning after a two-game hiatus. He will be a game-time decision, head coach Mike Smith said.

Baker hasn't played the past three games and has missed four games total due to injury. Umenyiora was getting his right knee wrapped prior to Friday's practice.

White, Moore, Umenyiora, and Baker all were limited Friday.

Five Falcons had full participation on Friday coming off injuries and are listed as probable: running back Jason Snelling (ankle), guard Joe Hawley (elbow), defensive tackle Peria Jerry (toe), guard Garrett Reynolds (knee), and linebacker Akeem Dent (ankle).
