Ravens won't be adding T.J. Yates

The Baltimore Ravens may have been interested in Houston Texans quarterback T.J. Yates. But it's clear that the Atlanta Falcons wanted him more, trading for Yates on Wednesday night.

On Tuesday, the NFL Network reported that the Texans had cut Yates. That begun speculation that the Ravens would pursue Yates to reunite him with Gary Kubiak.

Apparently, teams started showing interest in Yates before he was officially cut. The Texans then dealt Yates for Falcons linebacker Akeem Dent instead of waiving him.

The Ravens currently have three quarterbacks on their roster: Joe Flacco, Tyrod Taylor and rookie Keith Wenning. They wrap up their three-day minicamp on Thursday.
