MIAMI -- A struggling Baltimore Ravens offense will be short-handed when the defending Super Bowl champions play at the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

The Ravens made wide receivers Jacoby Jones (knee) and Marlon Brown (hamstring) inactive. With Brandon Stokley cut Saturday, the Ravens are left with three receivers: Torrey Smith, Deonte Thompson and Tandon Doss. And Thompson suffered a concussion last Sunday.

Baltimore also scratched offensive tackle Eugene Monroe, who had only two full practices with the team after being acquired from the Jacksonville Jaguars. That means Bryant McKinnie, who is going to be replaced by Monroe next week, will start at left tackle for the Ravens.

Five players who were listed as questionable -- Thompson, cornerback Lardarius Webb (hamstring), linebacker Arthur Brown (shoulder), running back Shaun Draughn (ankle) and linebacker Albert McClellan (shoulder) -- are active.

Here is the full list of inactives for the Ravens: WR Jacoby Jones (knee), WR Marlon Brown (hamstring), T Eugene Monroe, NT Terrence Cody (knee), G/T Jah Reid, C Ryan Jensen (foot), DE Marcus Spears (knee).
