OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Offensive tackle Michael Oher was the only Baltimore Ravens player who missed Wednesday's practice, a sign that the defending Super Bowl champions are getting healthy at the right time.
Oher sat out with an ankle injury, and it's likely a precautionary measure. Oher, who has never missed a game in his four-plus seasons in the NFL, sprained his ankle in the season opener.
Ravens coach John Harbaugh said this is the "healthiest we've been" all season.
Coming off the bye, the three biggest injury concerns were: backup running back Bernard Pierce (hamstring), linebacker Josh Bynes (finger, thigh) and guard Kelechi Osemele (back, knee). Bynes and Osemele were limited, and Pierce had a full practice.
Here's the Ravens' complete injury report:
DID NOT PRACTICE: OT Michael Oher (ankle).
LIMITED PARTICIPATION: LB Josh Bynes (finger, thigh), G Kelechi Osemele (back, knee) and WR Brandon Stokley (groin).
