This is the first time since 2011 that the Baltimore Ravens aren't playing in the AFC Championship Game. It started to become a tradition for the Ravens to head to New England every year for the right to go to the Super Bowl.

Even though the Ravens' season has been over for weeks, there is still lots to talk about. Here are highlights of the recent weekly Ravens chat. For a full transcript, you can click here.

Ethan (Kentucky): Do you think Joe Flacco would rather have wide receivers coach Jim Hostler promoted or bring in someone new like Gary Kubiak or Norv Turner?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Honestly, I think Flacco would prefer to bring back Jim Zorn. He had a close relationship with him when Zorn was the QB coach.

Mickey (Boston): People have talked about how the new OC's big task will be helping Flacco. With that in mind, do you think the Ravens would be better served with an OC that Flacco likes or one that gets in his face (to help him improve)?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Since Flacco's greatest success came with a coordinator who he could talk freely with (Caldwell), I would say get an OC that Flacco likes.

Brad (Lynchburg, Va.): Are the changes on the offensive side of the ball (new OL coach, new RB coach) a sign that the Ravens weren't as sure that it was just the players that were the problem in the run game?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): Not really. Juan Castillo was the OL coach last year even though he had the title of run game coordinator. So, he is now the offensive line coach but his responsibilities don't change. As far as RB coach Wilbert Montgomery, he just wasn't a good fit anymore, especially if the Ravens stick with the one-back, pistol look.

James (Pennsylvania): Hey Jamison. Is there any possibility the Ravens have enough cap room to get a wide receiver like Hakeem Nicks or Danario Alexander? Then use their early picks on drafting future replacements for guys like Haloti Ngata, Terrell Suggs and Daryl Smith (if re-signed)?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): I'll be interested in seeing the type of market that Nicks will get. His price would definitely dictate the Ravens' interest. With Alexander, he is coming off major knee surgery. If the Ravens would sign him, there would be no expectations with him. It would be more of a flier than anything.

Mark (New Jersey): Do you think there is any talent in the free agency for the OT position? If so, what would be a wise pick up for Baltimore?

Jamison Hensley (ESPN): The Ravens' decision in free agency is whether to re-sign Eugene Monroe or Michael Oher. I believe it's going to be Monroe, although the Ravens would likely ask Oher to be the LT if he is brought back. But the Ravens only have the cap room to keep one. The right tackle will either come in the draft or from within (team is high on Rick Wagner).
