Sense of relief: There wasn't much celebration after the Ravens' first win of the season. It was more like the Ravens could finally exhale after trailing for most of the first three quarters. The Ravens came back from a 6-0 halftime deficit to beat the Browns when they were far from their best. "I thought we played the kind of game we needed to play to win the game," coach John Harbaugh said. "We overcame some adversity, we overcame some trials and we found a way to win the game."
Sense of relief, part two: Running back Ray Rice didn't return to the game after sustaining a hip flexor strain in the fourth quarter, but he did come back to the sideline. When walking off the field, Rice wasn't on crutches and didn't show much of a limp. Rice isn't scheduled for an MRI, Harbaugh said. "We'll just have to see," Harbaugh said. "We're confident and optimistic right now, but we'll have to see tomorrow how it responds."
Thank you: Joe Flacco's wife delivered the couple's second child, Daniel, an hour before kickoff. Flacco originally had planned to joke with Harbaugh and tell his coach that he was driving to New Jersey to be with her during labor. "Congratulations to Dana," Harbaugh said. "She's getting the job done on her own out there." Harbaugh also pointed out that Flacco's two sons were born 15 months apart, which is the same for John and Jim Harbaugh. "I don't know what that means," he said. "A trivia question, maybe."
