It was the decade in which the Internet took off.

Reality television shows got their start in the 1990s, communism fell and Marv Levy's Buffalo Bills had a lot of losses in the Super Bowl.

The Big 12 had its place in the NFL's biggest game. Here's a look at the conference's alumni who were on team rosters sometime during their Super Bowl seasons.
