A much quieter offseason at Colorado hasn't been by accident, writes Kyle Ringo of The Boulder Daily Camera.

There's another Kiffin on the move at Nebraska -- Chris Kiffin.

Kansas State is rolling back the price of general admission tickets to $9 for the opener, which will be Bill Snyder's first game back as coach. It's also the same price tickets were in 1989, the last time Snyder was the coach at Kansas State.

With Snyder back for a second tour at Kansas State, new athletic director John Currie said he understands that the Wildcats have to rebuild some trust with their fans.

Oklahoma gets a commitment from versatile in-state prospect Jarrett Lake, who's expected to play linebacker for the Sooners.
