Longhorns spring game on ESPN3, too

Texas is the Big 12's only school set to have its spring game set for broadcast on ESPN, but fans can watch Sunday on ESPN3, too.

Bookmark this link until game time. The Longhorns are set to conclude spring practice with the game on Sunday at 3 p.m. ET.

We should get a great look (or at least a look, which is saying something this spring) at the progress of Texas' offense and defense, which are both breaking in new coordinators under Mack Brown after a 5-7 season last year following nine consecutive 10-win seasons.

Bryan Harsin brought his Boise State sensibilities to Austin this offseason, and fast-rising defensive coordinator Manny Diaz is running the Longhorns D just two years after doing the same at Middle Tennessee State.

Additionally, we may get a gauge on the still-in-progress quarterback competition between Garrett Gilbert, Connor Wood, Case McCoy and David Ash.

There's no shortage of storylines in Austin this spring, and Sunday's spring game should be a fun chapter to watch as it's written.
