Klein's arm making waves in second half

Collin Klein is best known for his legs, and it's a title that's been well earned.

He's carried Kansas State on his back for much of the year and leads the Big 12 in carries.

In the second half, though, he's made plenty of plays with his arms and has the Wildcats back on top of Texas Tech, 34-31, at the end of the third quarter.

Kansas State trailed by eight at halftime.

Klein got Kansas State into the end zone the first time with a perfect fade pass in the corner of the end zone for a 3-yard score to Chris Harper.

He made the key play on the second touchdown drive when he hit Tramaine Thompson deep down the middle of the field for a 35-yard gain.

Klein is just a junior. He'll have time to develop. He's not a pretty passer, but he's getting it done tonight. He's got it in him, at least a few big throws when Kansas State needs them most.

Kansas State needs those brief moments of brilliance, and as long as has them, the Wildcats undefeated season will continue.
