The BCS standings will be released later tonight, but here's where the Big 12's teams sit in both polls after 11 weeks of football. Remember, the AP poll is not factored into the BCS. The USA Today poll is a factor.

USA Today (coaches)

2. Oklahoma State
5. Oklahoma
17. Kansas State

Others receiving votes:
27. Baylor
28. Texas
33. Missouri
34. Texas A&M

FYI, West Virginia was No. 23 and TCU was No. 19. Strong.
  • No more looking up at Stanford in the coaches' poll for Oklahoma State. The Cowboys had been behind the Cardinal all season, stuck at No. 3 in the poll.
  • Interesting that Missouri and Texas A&M both got votes, despite being 5-5. They're definitely not on my ballot.
Associated Press (media)

2. Oklahoma State
5. Oklahoma
16. Kansas State
25. Baylor

Others receiving votes:

31. Texas

FYI, TCU was ranked No. 19. West Virginia received enough votes to be No. 27. Some prankster voted Georgia Southern No. 25, too. Very funny joke. You are comedy.
  • Oklahoma is sandwiched between Oregon and Arkansas with two games against ranked teams remaining. Can the Sooners stay there while Oregon and Arkansas both have losses away from home to top three teams, while Oklahoma's came at home to five-win Texas Tech? We'll know more when the BCS standings are released tonight.
