Big 12 Players of the Week: Baylor, K-State

The Big 12 has named its official Players of the Week, the final weekly awards of the season.

OFFENSE

Robert Griffin III, QB, Baylor: Griffin threw for 320 yards and two TDs on 15-of-22 passing against the nation's No. 9 defense. He also ran for two touchdowns. The game allowed him to become the third player in history with 10,000 passing yards and 2,000 rushing yards. He also took over the national lead in passing efficiency from Wisconsin's Russell Wilson, breaking Colt Brennan's single-season record.

DEFENSE

Sam Holl, S, Baylor: Holl made a game-high 16 tackles (11 solo) with two interceptions in the win over Texas. He returned one of them 62 yards to set up a Bears touchdown with a 31-24 lead, too. Eleven of his tackles came in the second half.

SPECIAL TEAMS

Anthony Cantele, K, Kansas State: Cantele made three field goals on three attempts on a rainy day in Manhattan. He made kicks from 47, 37 and 19 yards.
