Former Sooners receiver Ryan Broyles writes about his thoughts leading up to NFL draft on SoonerNation.
My toughest time since the injury was those few weeks right after my injury. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't finish the season. It was tough for me to see my teammates finish what we had started without me. On a lighter note, I hated the fact that I couldn't run for a while! I took that for granted.
My biggest supporter was my fiancÚ, Mary Beth. She was there every step of the way! I also got many calls from close friends and family throughout the process which was great!
I feel truly blessed that life has turned out this way. I always wanted to play in the NFL and I'm finally going to get a chance.
