Texas Tech was impressive again Saturday night, rolling over New Mexico, 49-14.
Seth Doege topped 300 yards and five touchdowns before halftime, and the Red Raiders finished with 325 yards on the ground for the game.
Texas Tech showcased defensive dominance in its opener against Northwestern State, went on the road and dominated against Texas State last week and now tonight dropped an offensive onslaught on the Lobos.
Texas Tech outgained the Lobos 702-127, and this one was never in doubt. Texas Tech had 38 first downs to New Mexico's eight.
Well done from the boys in Lubbock.
