STILLWATER, Okla. -- Fans watching the game tonight on television will notice a couple of differences at Boone Pickens Stadium.

This is the only stadium in the Big 12, and one of the few in the nation, that is situated in an east-west configuration.

Also, the stands are right on top of the field. There's probably a distance of less than 10 yards from the players' benches at the first row of the stands.

Students like to begin beating on the rubberized sides of the stadium when the action gets frantic.

There should be the biggest crowd in the history of Boone Pickens Stadium.

And it's going to be very loud, trust me.
