Who am I taking in tonight's game? Glad you asked.
My prediction: Oregon 38, Kansas State 31
The Wildcats have a great shot to win this game, but I'm too big of a believer in Oregon's backs and offensive speed. Kenjon Barner and De'Anthony Thomas will be too much for the Wildcats in this one. Collin Klein got back to looking like his old self in the second half of the Texas game, but the Ducks' defense is underrated and force the 'Cats into a few uncharacteristic turnovers and another bowl loss.
K-State's defense hangs tough early, but the rotation of backs and constant dual threat of Marcus Mariota weigh on the Wildcats, who don't quite look like the strong second half team they've been all season long. Barner tops 100 yards and Thomas breaks a big run. K-State hangs tough and has a shot to win it late, but this night in the desert belongs to Puddles and the rest of the Ducks.
