This is how the Big 12's bowl and championship ramifications shake out after this afternoon's games.

Nebraska (7-3) : Set up a winner-take-all battle with Kansas State for the Big 12 North title next week in Lincoln by beating Kansas.

Kansas State (6-5): Their loss to Missouri meant they must beat Nebraska to become bowl eligible next week. It will be the Big 12 title game or bust for Bill Snyder's team.

Colorado (3-7): Eliminated from bowl eligibility.

Iowa State (6-5): The Cyclones' 17-10 victory over Colorado will boost them to their first bowl game since 2005.

Kansas (5-5): The Jayhawks must beat either Texas next week or Missouri in two weeks to make a bowl trip.

Missouri (6-4): The Tigers snapped a 13-game losing streak to Bill Snyder and qualified for their fifth straight bowl appearance by beating Kansas State, 38-12, on Saturday.

In the South:

Texas (10-0): Earned its 10th victory for the ninth straight season by beating Baylor, 47-14. The Longhorns can wrap up their first trip to the Big 12 title game since 2005 if Oklahoma State loses to Texas Tech tonight.

Baylor (4-6): The Bears must beat Texas A&M in College Station next week and Texas Tech in Arlington the following week to earn their first bowl trip since 1993.

The winner of the game between Texas A&M (5-4) and Oklahoma (5-4) in Norman earns bowl eligibility.
