Kansas coach Mark Mangino has the reputation as one of the control demanders among Big 12 coaches.

Interviews are done under Mangino's terms most times.

That's why it seems so out of character for the Kansas coach to allow himself to be fitted with a sideline microphone before today's game against Missouri.

It's provided a couple of interesting exchanges between Mangino and his players.

Mangino's job status is in serious jeopardy. And I've been tremendously impressed by how hard his team has played in the first half of the game today.
