Kansas State's defense was struggling coming into today's game against Kansas. But nobody could have imagined how quickly the Wildcats would fall apart against Kansas.
Jake Sharp has already rushed for 118 yards on his first seven carries and scored three touchdowns as Kansas has jumped to a 21-0 lead after one quarter. The Jayhawks are showing no ill effects from last week's loss to Texas Tech as they are dominating the line of scrimmage with 135 rushing yards and a 198-56 edge in total offense.
KSU coach Ron Prince is 0-2 against Kansas in his first two seasons in charge. But a blowout loss can't be good for his future job status, particularly with the ease the Jayhawks are picking apart his team.
