The Kansas City Star is reporting that Kansas State coach Ron Prince is expected to announce his resignation later this afternoon.
Prince will, however, coach the remainder of the season, one source said.
Prince had scheduled a meeting with his team at 2:45 p.m. CT and is planning a teleconference with media members later in the afternoon.
The Wildcats are 4-5 this season and are struggling through a three-game losing streak. They are scheduled to play at Missouri on Saturday.
Obviously much more to come on this as the day unfolds. Stay tuned.
