Oklahoma is taking on Texas Tech with what may be a limited effort from the Big 12's No. 3 rusher, Dominique Whaley.

Whaley is suffering from flu-like symptoms and though he's in uniform tonight, hyped sophomore Roy Finch got the start for the Sooners.

He took advantage early with a 60-yard run the featured a broken-tackle-turned-spin move-and a cutback to set up a touchdown and tie the score, 7-7, just over two minutes into the game.

Kenny Stills caught the 15-yard pass from Landry Jones for his sixth touchdown in just five games.

Whaley has 627 yards and nine touchdowns this season.

I'd expect him to get some playing time tonight, particularly with Brennan Clay banged up with a shoulder injury as well. Early on, though, Finch is showing he's a more-than-capable replacement.
