Top recruit Jackson Jeffcoat (Plano, Texas/West H.S.) is now only considering Texas, Oklahoma and Houston after eliminating Arizona State, ESPN's Gerry Hamilton reports.

USC and Florida were also previously included in the ESPNU 150's group of favorites.

Jeffcoat is expected to make his decision soon in the coming days but has not set an announcement date.

He posted 68.5 tackles, 8.5 sacks and two interceptions (including one returned for a touchdown) as a senior. Jeffcoat was named to the First-Team Class 5A All-State team and was his district's defensive player of the year.
