Orange fever reached an all-time high -- at least since about 2004 -- when Syracuse raced out to a 10-0 first-quarter lead at Washington.

But the fever has cooled. The Huskies scored 13 unanswered points and take a 13-10 edge into halftime. Syracuse has also missed a field goal.

Ryan Nassib has looked good, going 8-for-11 for 108 yards and running 28 yards for a score. But the run game hasn't done much. Delone Carter has been held to 19 yards on nine carries.

The defense is doing enough against Jake Locker and Co. to keep the Orange in it. Can Syracuse mount a second-half performance to ignite some lasting Orange fever?
