The National Football Foundation announced 121 semifinalists Thursday for the William V. Campbell Trophy. Formerly known as the Draddy Trophy, the award goes to a player who has a GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale, has demonstrated strong leadership and is a strong contributor to his team.
Two Big East players made the cut. They are Rutgers punter Teddy Dellaganna and Syracuse linebacker Derrell Smith. Congrats to both players for making the list.
