West Virginia announced changes to its future schedules this afternoon.

The Mountaineers will add UNLV to the 2010 slate, perhaps adding some fuel to the bubbling Big East-Mountain West debate. West Virginia last played a school from the Mountain West in the 1984 Bluebonnet Bowl, when it beat TCU 31-14.

A series with Maryland, which had been set through 2011, will now be extended to 2013. Maryland won four straight in the series from 2001-2004, but the Mountaineers have taken the last four meetings.

Finally, West Virginia and Florida State will swap sites for their planned home-and-home series in 2012 and 2013. The first game will now be in Tallahassee, and the Seminoles will come to Morgantown in '13.
