Remaining Big East teams set to meet

Representatives from the remaining football-playing members of the Big East will meet in New York City on Tuesday night to discuss the state of the conference.

Pat Forde and Andy Katz of ESPN.com report that athletic directors and presidents from Cincinnati, Connecticut, Louisville, Rutgers, USF and West Virginia will be there. TCU will be there as well.

Those schools have been left scrambling with the departures of Pitt and Syracuse to the ACC.
