Connecticut linebacker Scott Lutrus will be a game-time decision and has a "50-50" chance to play against North Carolina on Saturday, Huskies coach Randy Edsall said Thursday.
Lutrus sustained a stinger late in last week's 23-16 win at Ohio. The junior led UConn in tackles last season with 106 and has started 26 straight games. Obviously, losing a player of his caliber would be a tough blow for the Huskies in what is already a challenging game.
Redshirt freshman Jory Johnson is listed as Lutrus's backup.
