Cameron Dantley will remain the starting QB for the Orange this weekend against Northeastern. That's the word from Syracuse coach Greg Robinson's press briefing today, as reported in Donnie Webb's Post-Standard blog.
Dantley replaced Andrew Robinson after the opening week, but Robinson came in during the fourth quarter last week against Penn State. Greg Robinson said he didn't want to play two quarterbacks going forward.
In other Orange news, an MRI on running back Delone Carter's hamstring revealed just a strain and not a tear. Carter's status is questionable for Northeastern.
