Syracuse offense non-existent so far

It's hard to win when you can't move the ball. Syracuse has 16 total yards against Penn State early in the second quarter while trailing 7-0, and Greg Paulus has yet to throw a pass.

Bad field position and Penn State's defense are the reasons why the Orange have gone nowhere. But Syracuse caught a break when the Nittany Lions fumbled on fourth down from Orange 2-yard line.

If you told Doug Marrone that Penn State would only have seven points at this juncture, he might have been pretty happy. But his offense needs to get going.
