West Virginia was one of the finalists for highly regarded athlete Joel Caleb. But the ESPNU150 athlete said Wednesday morning he would sign with Virginia Tech.

Despite losing out, the Mountaineers have already received 10 letters of intent Wednesday morning, including four-star linebacker Sam Lebbie, three-star athlete Brandon Napoleon, three-star tight end Will Johnson, three-star receiver Devonte Robinson, three-star guard Tony Orlosky, three-star cornerback Nana Kyeremeh, three-star defensive lineman Christian Brown, three-star defensive end Korey Harris, two-star safety Jarrod Harper and center Tony Matteo.
