There is a battle today between Rutgers coach Kyle Flood and Pitt coach Paul Chryst over who has done a better job saving a recruiting class.
Chryst has done a terrific job so far. In addition to signing four-star player Deaysean Rippy earlier in the day, Pitt also signed three-star safety Bam Bradley out of Ohio and signed three-star defensive tackle Terrell Jackson.
Bradley chose Pitt over Ohio State and Arizona. Jackson announced his decision at his high school in Columbus. He picked the Panthers over Michigan State and Illinois.
Pitt now has either signed or gotten commitments from one ESPNU150 player, five four-star players and eight-three star players despite losing coach Todd Graham to Arizona State.
