Several Big East commits have been selected for the Elite 11 quarterbacks showcase later this summer.
A field of 25 players will compete in the Elite 11 finals in Redondo Beach, Calif., from July 18-22. These are the two Big East commits:
Zach Allen, Temple, Texas
Allen has committed to Syracuse. ESPN Recruiting Nation says he burst onto the scene after his performance at the Dallas Elite 11 regional. He is ranked the No. 48 pocket passer.
Asiantii Woulard, Winter Park, Fla.
Woulard has committed to USF. He was selected the quarterback MVP at the Orlando NFTC and had a good showing at the Las Vegas Elite 11 regional. He is ranked the No. 12 dual-threat quarterback.
Allen and Woulard were among the final 13 selections made Thursday to the Elite 11.
