One of the hot topics of conversation about the future Big East is where the league champ would end up in a bowl game.
We could have some answers on that soon. ESPN's Joe Schad is reporting that the league has discussed creating a new bowl game for its champion, likely in Florida, beginning in 2014. With automatic qualifier status gone, the Big East has no tie-in to one of the six "elite level bowl games" in the new postseason format.
