Connecticut linebacker Scott Lutrus is not only healthy enough to play, but he'll start on Saturday at Pittsburgh, Huskies coach Randy Edsall told reporters on Thursday.
Lutrus missed three games with a stinger in his left shoulder and was finally cleared to play on Tuesday by the team's medical staff. He led the team in tackles the past two years.
Quarterback Zach Frazer, who injured his right knee against North Carolina, is healthy enough to play this weekend as well, Edsall said. But he'll be listed as the backup to Cody Endres, who has performed well as the starter since Frazer went down.
