Time to update the Big East bowl projections after the first three weeks of the season. Of note: I changed a few things around, but this league remains ridiculously unpredictable. I expect these to continue to change.
BCS, Orange, Jan. 1 -- Louisville vs. ACC. The Cardinals nearly choked away their game against North Carolina, but I still think they are the favorites.
Russell Athletic, Dec. 28 -- Rutgers vs. ACC. Best D in the Big East, now the hope is for the offense to catch up.
Belk, Dec. 27 -- Cincinnati vs. ACC. The Bearcats and Scarlet Knights will give Louisville a run for its money.
New Era Pinstripe, Dec. 29 -- UConn vs. Big 12. Geographic reasons put the Huskies here.
BBVA Compass, Jan. 5, 2013 -- USF vs. SEC. Same ol' Bulls on Thursday night.
Beef 'O' Brady's, Dec. 21 -- Syracuse vs. Conference USA. Orange did not inspire much confidence against Stony Brook but I still think they have the potential to get to six wins.
