CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- Connecticut will bid adieu to the Top 25 after one week in it. North Carolina should get a lot of votes in the new poll.
The Tar Heels made a big statement against previously unbeaten UConn and will welcome Notre Dame to Chapel Hill next week riding a lot of confidence.
The Huskies will have a week off to lick their wounds and try to get Zach Frazer more experience, at least in practice, before going to Rutgers on Oct. 18.
Saw Roy Williams in the hallway. I'm sure he enjoyed the Tar Heels blowout.
