After all the emotional pre-game tributes to Jasper Howard, Connecticut immediately fell behind 7-0 as West Virginia's Tavon Austin returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown.
You have to wonder if the tributes affected UConn there on the first play, and what that will do to the team's spirits.
Or maybe we should just give credit to Austin, a supremely talented true freshman.
