Lewis, Devine among Maxwell semifinalists

West Virginia's Noel Devine and Pitt's Dion Lewis are the only Big East players named to the list of 16 semifinalists for the Maxwell Award, given annually to the nation's best player.
Someone will try to break Tim Tebow's streak of two straight wins.
Lewis, who ranks fourth in the nation in rushing, is the only freshman among the 16 semifinalists.
